Family Bio: Charles and Tara are a married couple with two children that are one and two years old. Both parents are currently in school and Charles is a Healthcare Professional earning the household income. Tara is a stay at home mom and full time student that will graduate this May. In order to make ends meet, the family supplements their income with financial aid. In-between financial aid disbursements, the family struggles to pay their bills.
