Christmas was great!!! Between the gifts that they got each other and the one's from family and friends, my kids are happy. I definitely liked letting my kids do the shopping and wrapping the presents. I think it put the Christmas feeling back into it this year. I have to admit, I was feeling a little "Scroogy" and worried about how it was going to turn out and that my kids weren't going to be happy, but they really surprised me. Leo said that he was going to use his Christmas money and buy a Xbox that he has been wanting for a while. I wanted to get one for him soon, but I guess I'll save some money there and maybe he'll appreciate it more if he buys it. Little Mark said that he doesn't want to buy anything right now, he wants me to take him to the bank on Monday so he can put it in his savings account!! He is so excited about how much he has saved this year!! He says that he wants to save $350 so he can pay for college... lol!! Donovan doesn't really get the idea that he has money, so we are going to put it in the bank for him too!!! I am so excited! Our family has come so far!!
Mark and I didn't get anything for each other this year because we are trying to reach our goal!! That will be a great present!!!
